Quotes & Pricing
At Brighter Electrical, we pride ourselves on offering competitive, transparent pricing.
Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a quote in writing or by email.
Our quote will set out the cost of completing the job including the cost of materials.
- We charge £90 plus VAT for the first hour (our minimum charge).
- We then charge £40 plus VAT for each additional 30 minutes.
- Our maximum daily fee is £450 plus VAT for 8 hours work – (For one electrician).
- Material such as cabling, switches and sockets are supplied at cost.
Our normal operating hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Price Guarantee
The quote you receive from us will be the amount you will be invoiced.
Should you require any changes, we will update our quote and send it to you for acceptance.
Discounts for larger projects
We offer discounted rates for larger projects, such as domestic rewiring or commercial or industrial work that require more than one qualified electrician. Call us for details.
Payment terms
For work valued up to £2000 an invoice will be emailed to you on completion. Payment will be due with 7 days.
For work valued over £2,000 the following payment terms apply:
– 40% paid on acceptance of our quotation, prior to commencement of work
– 30% to be paid after first fix
– 30% + any extras on completion
We accept payment by bank transfer and all major debit & credit cards.
